What is PizGetCom ?

PizGetCom is a food product made ​​by students of Bina Sarana Informatics Margonda Depok as a project to meet the entrepreneurship course, we designed a genuine food products from Indonesia and of course is a simple traditional food with basic ingredients oncom, cassava, coconut, or the ordinary people Indonesia called it "combro", maybe Indonesian people are familiar with "combro" but we tried to make the actual combro typical Indonesian food has become internationally marketable, that's a glimpse of what it "PizGetCom". Our vision and mission is quite simple, namely to sell and introduce typical Indonesian food internationally.

combro is a food made from cassava is grated andcontain oncom sauce("oncom" itself is a kind offood made from soybean residuewhich has beenfermented.)

The materials needed to make this meal is
was prepared:
  • 500 grams of cassava,
  • oncom,
  • chili,
  • white below,
  • Under the red,
  • salt,
  • sugar,
  • celery,
  • oil for sauteing 

Combro Recipe Ingredients:
  •      500 grams of cassava / cassavapeeled and grated
  •      2 teaspoons salt

Combro Content Recipe Ingredients:
  •      200 grams oncomwashing and puree
  •      1 stalk celerythinly sliced
  •      3 tablespoons cooking oil

Combro Seasoning recipe (mashed):
  •      4 pieces of cayenne pepper
  •      2 red chilies
  •      2 pieces of garlic
  •      4 pieces of red onion
  •      salt and sugar according to taste

How to Make Combro:

Contents: saute ground spices until soft and fragrant. Enter oncom, stir, put 100 ml of waterCook until soft and the water runs outEnter the celery, stirring until softened, remove and let cool. 

Mix the grated cassava and saltTake 1-2 tablespoons of batter, roundtrimmed, give 1/2tablespoons of batter in the middle, cover againinto an oval shape.
Fry on medium heat until cooked golden brown, drain. Serve while warm and soft.
